ServiceRoute collects only what's needed to run the service: account details, subscription status, the job and invoice records you create, and basic usage logs. Payments are processed by PayFast — we never store card details.
  • Use: providing the system, processing payments, service emails.
  • Sharing: only with providers needed to deliver the service.
  • Security: HTTPS, isolated company workspaces, restricted access.
  • Your rights: request access, correction or deletion via 071 363 7552.

Refunds & Delivery
Digital service — access is provisioned immediately after signup. If we can't deliver as scoped, request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Subscriptions are billed in advance and aren't refundable for partly used periods; cancel anytime to stop future billing.
Terms of Service
  • Keep your credentials secure and tell us about breaches.
  • Payments processed by PayFast; fees and taxes may apply.
  • No illegal content or abuse of the service.
  • We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Liability limited to amounts paid in the last 3 months, where the law allows.
